Atlantica Online 王者世界

I'm about to play this mmorpg as it seems to be very additive to me. Back to olden days, used to play PS game for this sort of RPG/SLG game, e.g. Final Fantasy series, Dragon Quest series, Star Ocean, Final Fantasy Tactic, Persona, which is my all time favourite. I am now in the process of downloading the client (2.2GB woot! such a big size, not yet include all the patches) for installation later. Meanwhile, let's have some introduction for this prestige Korean game.

TURN-BASED BATTLE SYSTEM

MERCENARY SYSTEM

Guilds are integral to most MMORPGs and there is no exception here. Guilds offer companionship for enhanced gameplay experience. But membership in a guild in Atlantica offers much more, including easier crafting, guild-exclusive dungeons, and guild points redeemable for rare items.

ECONOMY SYSTEM

Atlantica utilizes a player-driven economic system. Players alone craft nearly all of the items and equipment in the game after collecting the required materials throughout the world. Atlantica was developed to create 'demand' and then 'supply' the necessary materials in a way that economic stability is guaranteed.

CRAFTING SYSTEM

Forge weapons, concoct portions and create necessary supplies using various materials acquired from your enemies. Why stop there? Learn up to 34 different crafting skills available and progress through 100 levels to learn to craft even more powerful items. Refine your weapons through enchantments or enhancements to deal greater damage. A refined weapon will glow, striking fear into the hearts of your enemies

今天看了个贴子，其实也蛮赞同他的意见的

其实这些但求为了要发生关系的借口，
我们在影幕上也看过不少
可偏偏还是有女生依然把持不住，为之迷惑

ISO 9001:2008

A new standard ISO 9001:2008 was published and enforced for implementation for each and every certified company with effect from 15 November 2008
(the old standard will be expired 2 years after this new release).

Being informed that there is no major changes but yet we are advised to undergone 1-2 days training on Gap Analysis ISO 9001:2000 vs ISO 9001:2008 to understand the additional minor requirements and to amend the organisation's QMS accordingly.

Well, I'm yet to attend such a training course, but was given some handouts from CI Malaysia. Basically, after going through the handouts given and i found that it is only some very minor changes, below are my findings and opinion on the changes :

• re-phrase the sentence to express
  
• switching the word "equipment" to "device" and vice versa
• putting more NOTES at the end paragraph (more on giving examples and/or further explanation)

As far as i can understand, the main issue of this new release is focus on 2 area

• clause 4.1 - Outsourcing (the type and control imposed on outsourcing)
  
• clause 6.4 - Work Environment (include physical, environmental and other factors)
  
• clause 5.5.2 - Management Representative (QMR to be appointed from own management staff, those consultant acting QMR shall no longer have the business opportunity on those small company who unable to manage it)
  

My company is involved in the construction line, outsourcing play a major role in every project undertaken, namely sub-contracting the work package to third party and/or procurement of finished product for installation on site. Hence, my concern is more on what is the specific guideline and/or requirement on how to ensure control over the outsourcing process...Some of the aspect I feel that it is redundant if a new procedure has to be created on this, as there are over-lapping processes which were previously documented :

Control on outsourced Supplier
By undergone a the selection and evaluation of the supplier as stipulated in the Purchasing Procedure.

Control on outsourced Sub-Contract Service
By undergone a the selection and evaluation of the sub-contractor as stipulated in the Tender Procedure Procedure and/or Process Validation in Project Implementation Procedure.

Multilingualism 多种语言

大马华裔是公认的多种语言种族，
大多数的华裔子女都可以运用英语、马来语和华语，
甚至还有一些华族的方言，如广东、福建、客家等等
（这乃流传于各家庭的不同籍贯）
至于流利与否就因人而异了...

之前看到某个部落指责我们的教育方针滥而不专
说什么小学华语，中学马来语，大学英语
每个过程都得重新开始学习，搞到甚多华族的语言才能都是半桶水的...
我国乃多元种族国家，单一语言本身就是不可能的啦
很庆幸巫族并没有罢免我们的母语而统一马来语

其实如果把观点放远一些，这其实是利多于弊
能够掌握多一种语言，你的个人价值必然随着提高（以流利为准）
虽说华语在我国的社会上没什么作为，
凡和政府部门接触，用的是马来语，私人机构则用英语
华语只能成为我们闲谈或非公式之用
然而，如果处身于国际市场，那就另当别论
朋友在上海工作，那些所谓的鬼佬，不得已也得学我们的华语叻
不然就得请个翻译员，挺麻烦的~

我本人还想学日语叻
不用每次看日剧都得看字幕~！

Prologue 崭新的部落

今天突然心血来潮，上网找寻如何创作部落格
冥冥中，来到这里留下脚印
以前常阅读他人的部落格，现在尝试一下制作部落格的滋味...
也为这全新2009年里头做出一些改变

或许我只是三分钟的热度，并不能将它发扬光大
